Please note that outside food and drinks aren’t allowed, with the exception of baby milk and an empty reusable water bottle to fill up on-site or up to 500ml of unopened water.

And remember, we have a “Challenge 25” policy at all bars, so be ready to show your ID if you wish to purchase alcohol, your fun is our priority!

To join the festivities, just bring:

To ensure the safety of all attendees and the smooth running of the festival, we operate a no re-entry policy once you’ve entered the site.
Exceptions may be made for medical reasons. If you need to leave the site due to a medical issue, please speak to a member of our event team or medical staff, who will assist you and advise on re-entry where appropriate.
We also understand that parents and guardians may need to transfer care of their children during the day. For this reason, we will be operating a dedicated Granny Gate, allowing children to be safely handed over between parents/guardians and another named responsible adult.
If you plan to use the Granny Gate, please contact us in advance via email so we can make the necessary arrangements and ensure a smooth and secure handover. For those taking part in fitness activities, showers and lockers will be available on-site so you can freshen up and continue enjoying the festival.

Just a heads up! If you want to secure your accessible services, please fill out the questionnaire at least two weeks before the festival. This helps us guarantee everything is sorted for you.

Need a hand? Disabled attendees who need assistance can apply for a free Carer’s Ticket. We want to make sure you have all the support you need!

We’ve got you covered with accessible toilets and showers throughout the site, ensuring comfort for everyone.

For our wheelchair users and their companions, we have dedicated viewing areas at the main stage. Just a note, these spots work on a first-come, first-served basis because of limited capacity, so it’s best to get there early.

Keep in mind, the festival is an outdoor event in an open park. Ground conditions can be a bit tricky for those with mobility issues, especially if it’s been wet. That said, we do have wheelchair-friendly paths across the grounds to help you get around smoothly.

Want to join in on the wellness and fitness activities at the festival? Absolutely! Everyone is welcome to take part. Just let us know in advance if there’s any way we can support you ahead of time.
